Yahaya Bello Insists Kogi State Is COVID-19 Free Lifts Lockdown
The Kogi state authorities has lifted the lockdown imposed on Kabba-Bunu nearby government region of the state over suspected instances of COVID-19.
Yahaya Bello, governor of Kogi, disclosed this on Friday at the Government House in Lokoja, the state capital.
He stated lifting the lockdown grew to become vital after samples taken from the LGA come back negative.
The governor, however, insisted that the state stays COVID-19-free in spite of the three instances tested via the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
