APC Will Suffer And Regrets of Disqualifying Obaseki —Oyegun
Immidiate previous national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Chief John Oyegun, has reacted to the disqualification of governor Obaseki viathe APC screening panel, describing it as “an hatchet job.”
In a assertion signed through Oyegun’s Public Affairs Adviser, Ray Murphy, the former Edo stategovernor said: “The disqualification of Obaseki through the APC Screening Panel is a hatchet job aimed at putting in a stooge that will enable some people unfettered gained access to Edo Treasury.
“While no longer a surprise, that disqualification is clear indication that internal democracy has been murdered in APC, a party which we established on the concepts of honest play and top conscience!
“I daresay that APC will go through dire penalties in Edo state if this disqualification is now not quicklyreversed.
“As a matter of fact, Oshiohmhole is certainly the one who is responsible of anti party, now notObaseki. Oshiomole is the one who is appearingunconstitutionally now not Obaseki. I hope that Oshiomole will not go down in records as the undertaker of APC.”
