The residents of Sokoto have started a protest to release the students who killed Deborah for the alleged blasphemy.

According to some source, the protesters are planning to burn down Catholic Churches if government refuses to release them.

If we could recall, a young student Her name was Deborah. She was a Christian student of Shehu Shagari College of Education, Sokoto State, Nigeria, stoned to death and burned today by her male Muslim peers for “blasphemy”.

She was killed because she spoke against posting of religion stuffs in there group chat. They also alleged that she spoke against prophet Mohammed.She was burned right in front of her father. After the incident,the police arrested those involved which has led to the massive protest today.She was burned right in front of her father.
