Covenant University Reportedly Dismisses Staff Who Raped A 17-Year-Old Student Inside His Office

The report, according to the SaharaReporters, revealed that he was dismissed by the university on Tuesday. He has been in the custody of the police since March 11 and he was arrested after a complaint was lodged at the Ota Police Area Command by the parents of the victim. The report stated that he was “dismissed with immediate effect” and his dismissal was approved by the President of the University’s board.
