Ogun, Abia, Delta and Three Other States Announced Resumption Date

Universities, Polytechnics, Others Can Start Post-UTME test Sept. 7 - JAMB

The Ogun State Government has announced Monday, September 21, 2020, for the reopening of all Tertiary Institutions in the state the announcement was made available via the Chief Press Secretary to the state Governor, Kunle Somorin.

Ogun state which has the highest number of Institutions in Nigeria says it is ready for full reopening of schools as measures are put in place to curb the spread of COVID19.

The Abia state Government has charge the students in Abia State, particularly Abia State University to be getting ready for resumption as soon as possible, the resumption date is yet disclose in Abia State

Meanwhile, the Institute of Management and Technology IMT Enugu, the management is planning to reopen clases for  HND and OND Final year students for the first face of resumption following the covid19 protocol laid down by Enugu state government through its ministry of heath

According to circulating notice that reads: This is to inform All Students of IMT that the tentative date of resumption is scheduled on 21st September, 2020, you are expected to be resuming your Academic activities alongside forthcoming examinations commencing with the HND Finals, followed by ND Finals and other Levels respectively. although this information is not yet authenticated by the school management

With this development the following states have revealed when schools will reopen.
Lagos – Sept 14
Kogi – Sept 14
Osun – Sept 21
Delta – Sept 21
Ogun – Sept 21
