Stop crying, you will do well as POS agent, Nigeria is not your candy - Kemi Olunloyo drags Peter Obi
Kemi Olunloyo, a controversial social media personality, has once again made headlines with her recent comments directed towards Peter Obi, a former Governor of Anambra State and Presidential candidate of the Labour Party in the just concluded 2023 presidential elections in Nigeria.

Olunloyo’s comments were made in response to reports that Obi was emotional during an interview on a national TV station where he expressed his disappointment over the outcome of the presidential election that make him lose out to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Olunloyo took to her verified Facebook page to share her thoughts on the matter. She started by saying, “I heard Peter Obi was crying on National TV. For what? Nigeria is nobody’s candy Start a POS business. Supreme Court has kuku released the old Naira”. She then went on to wish him good luck with his potential POS business venture with the emojis of folded hands and a smiling face.

Olunloyo’s comment has since stirred up mixed reactions on social media, with some people criticizing her for being insensitive and callous towards Obi’s emotions, while others have supported her view that Nigeria is a tough country to navigate and that people need to explore alternative means of livelihood.

However, it is important to note that Olunloyo’s comment about starting a POS business may not necessarily be a practical solution to the challenges facing the country.

Furthermore, it is not fair to dismiss Obi’s emotions as unwarranted, as he has been a vocal advocate for good governance and accountability in Nigeria. His disappointment over the outcome of the Supreme Court judgement reflects the frustration felt by many Nigerians who are disillusioned with the country’s political system.
