You also grant other users of Matter Arising Platform the right to access and use your content in accordance with these Terms.
You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. By posting or publishing your content, you affirm, represent, and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant the licenses described above, and that your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other legal rights of any third party.
Prohibited Uses
You may use MAP in accordance with our community guidelines. You agree not to use MAP:
In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Matter Arising Platform, a MAP employee, or any other person or entity.
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of MAP, or which, as determined by us, may harm MAP or users of MAP or expose them to liability.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to Matter Arising Platform for any reason, without notice, and without liability to you.

Matter Arising Platform (MAP) is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of MAP or the information, content, materials, or products included on MAP.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the user of Matter Arising platform (MAP), including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of MAP, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
