A video making round on social media show the moment napped member of proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB and Eastern Security Network ESN wants security force to temper justice with mercy.
The IPOB/ESN member who is masquerading as unknown gunmen identified as Chinasa admitted that he is a member of the outlaw group perpetrating crime in Southeast Nigeria.
