The General Manager of the Lagos State Building Control Agency (LASBCA), Arc. Gbolahan Owodunni Oki, has been commended for quality service by speakers at the WEMABOD Real Estate Outlook 2023 event held at the Wheatbaker Hotel Ikoyi, Lagos.

With the  “Enhancing Real Estate Business Amidst Uncertain Macro Economic Dynamics” , the brought together key stakeholders in the real estate industry to discuss and proffer solutions to the challenges affecting the sector in the state.

One of the highlights of the event was the commendation given to the General Manager of LASBCA, Arc. Gbolahan Owodunni Oki, by Otunba Bimbo Ashiru, a former Commissioner for Commerce and Industry in Ogun state.

Otunba Ashiru praised the efforts of the agency and called for more work to be done in maintaining building codes in the state.

Mr Segun Agbaje, another speaker at the event, emphasized the impact of political transition on the real estate business, highlighting the need for stability and consistency in the sector.
